Thursday’s have become one of my favorite days of the week. Yes it is fun to go and see all the cars cruise Main Street, but honestly I love gathering all of the information for our Thursday weekend posts. It is so exciting to see what is happening in our community. Do you feel it? Ramona is a great place to be. More and more I feel like as things are changing, we are creating a culture here that is about community, helping each other, growing relationships, and making our town an amazing place to be. Ramona is becoming a destination, a place where people can go to have a unique small town experience while being able to do cool and fun things. Cruise Night has helped this feeling, this change. But it isn’t just this one event that is changing us. Our local wineries are always offering great experiences, whether it be going and sitting down for a tasting or hearing live music or eating great food. These local businesses are contributing to something greater than just shilling out a great product. Our Farmstands, I honestly believe our local farmers to be unsung heroes. These men and women and their families work hard day in and day out to give us amazing fresh organic produce and other great items. And quite honestly change does not happen without people. You are making things different. You are staying here, shopping local, supporting our mom and pop stores and keeping business in Ramona. We are changing my friends. We are getting better. Ramona is a place that we can be proud of, a great place to call home!
So now, without further ado here is our weekend in a nutshell!
